Hello,

I took a project from the RB environment and copied it to my Xojo 2013r2
installation.
I did some changes and moved it back to the RB 2012r2.1 installation.
Then I added some lines and tried to save it and got the message
This project was unable to load all data and will loose that data if you
save it

What is this?

But (if "critical") that is 2013r2-specific information, you would expect to lose it, right?

IMHO it is really important for Xojo to insure the backward compatibility of projects back to at least 2011r3 (where PPC was last supported); to be precise, all textual code in it's organizations (aligning to 2011r3 specs) makes the load and binary information is referenced properly. It's totally understood that anything post-version-you-are-loading shouldn't make it.

REAL/Xojo has always been really good about this, I really hope it continues.

Exactly that.
That there are / were some bits of the project that were saved by 2013r2 that 2012r2.1 could not load & that if you save they will be lost.
MOST times it is not critical information - but it could be.

AFAIK, it's a known bug of the 2012r2.1 version.

You should simply ignore the alert.
