* Updated SQLite to version 3.23.1 * Updated DynaPDF to version 4.0.18.48. * Added Bluetooth plugin with 16 new classes from CoreBluetooth framework to connect to Bluetooth LE devices. * Added NSUUIDMBS, NSStreamMBS, NSOutputStreamMBS and NSInputStreamMBS classes. * Updated to SQLAPI 4.2.2. * Update checks disabled for ProDeveloper, Runtime and Site licenses. * Fixed problem with loading cairo library on Linux. * Deactivated updater check.
