Hi,
I had some issues with the java database when java was updated to 1.6 on my Mac. I solved it by restoring java 1.5 but would like to avoid that with clients. Is recents releases of MBS compatible with Java 1.6? Apple distributes their own flavor of java so there are usually problems
with it. I know when I installed Snow Leopard, java things started breaking so I had to fallback to the 1.5 Apple java version and everything was happy again. Don't know what they do but it isn't standard. I'm not sure, I only wrote in the bug report that the application crashed with java 1.6, but I seem to recall it was trying to call a non existing function in java or something like that. I'll try the demo of the latest mbs and make 1.5 an alias to 1.6 again and we'll see what happens.
